How on earth do you colour like that?
lol, my brief introduction to Photoshop has let me colour and do simple Lineart, but this is... spectacular. What painter tools do you use to make it look like watercolour?

Isnt it the new Craftworld from the book "Eldar Prophecy". A Craftworld that is set beyond the galactic civilization. Pretty much they have not had any contact with other Eldar or even other species since the Fall. A good book so far to say the least.
